描述
SFP光模塊是高性能、經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的模塊，支持1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps的雙數(shù)據(jù)速率和10公里的SMF傳輸距離。該光模塊由三個(gè)部分組成：一個(gè)FP激光發(fā)射機(jī)，一個(gè)集成了跨阻抗前置放大器（TIA）的PIN光電二極管和MCU控制單位。所有模塊均滿足一級(jí)激光器的安全要求。該光模塊兼容SFP多源協(xié)議（MSA）和SFF-8472。有關(guān)更多信息，請(qǐng)參考SFP MSA。
