10G SFP+ 850nm 光模塊是高性能、經(jīng)濟高效的模塊，支持10Gbps傳輸速率和300m OM3 MMF傳輸距離。該模塊由三部分組成：850nm VCSEL激光發(fā)射機、PIN光電二極管與跨阻抗前置放大器（TIA）和MCU控制單元集成。所有模塊均滿足I級激光安全要求要求。該模塊與SFP多源協(xié)議和SFF-8472數(shù)字診斷功能兼容。
