SFP光模塊是高性能、經(jīng)濟(jì)高效的模塊，支持155Mbps的數(shù)據(jù)速率和40km的SMF傳輸距離。光模塊由三部分組成：FP激光發(fā)射器、與跨阻抗前置放大器（TIA）集成的PIN光電二極管和MCU控制單元。所有模塊均滿足一級(jí)激光安全要求。光模塊與SFP多源協(xié)議（MSA）和SFF-8472兼容。有關(guān)更多信息，請(qǐng)參閱SFP MSA。
