為了保證小體積高速光探測(cè)器的最佳性能和安全使用，用戶使用器件時(shí)須做好器件的散熱工作。
散熱建議安裝圖：
客戶可以根據(jù)下圖 2 進(jìn)行散熱，也可以安裝在客戶的設(shè)備中進(jìn)行散熱，模塊長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作，需要加風(fēng)扇散熱。
