北億纖通推出的FT-AK-ULC-8560-XX雙纖表貼型光收發(fā)模塊將發(fā)送和接收部分封裝在一個(gè)小尺寸金屬殼體內(nèi)，增強(qiáng)了模塊抗電磁干擾能力。光發(fā)射部分采用大功率LD，發(fā)送信號(hào)引腳（TD+和TD-）接口電平標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為CML。光接收部分包括PIN、前置跨阻放大器和限幅放大器，接收信號(hào)引腳（RD+和RD-）接口電平標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為CML。接收信號(hào)檢測(cè)引腳（SD）接口電平為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)LVTTL。通過發(fā)射使能引腳（TDIS）可使模塊進(jìn)入節(jié)電模式。模塊經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的軍品級(jí)篩選及環(huán)境試驗(yàn)，保證了模塊的可靠性和環(huán)境適應(yīng)性，具有抗振動(dòng)、抗電磁干擾、耐濕熱、溫度適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)，廣泛適用于機(jī)載、艦載、高海
拔等環(huán)境。模塊體積小，重量輕，全金屬結(jié)構(gòu)，高度僅8mm，易于安裝在空間狹小的插板或機(jī)箱內(nèi)。
