聚酰亞胺耐高溫光纖系列產(chǎn)品是為提高光纖耐高溫性能而設計的,光纖涂層材料為聚酰亞胺。主要應用應用于光纖傳感技術領域的工業(yè)級光纖。采用MCVD(化學氣相沉積)工藝制造,具有折射率分布精確、截面幾何對稱性好、縱向均勻性好、光學性能優(yōu)異的特點。雙層聚酰亞胺涂層使全系列產(chǎn)品具有優(yōu)良的高溫衰減特性,可長期應用在-50至+430攝氏度工作環(huán)境。
