QSFP-DD800光模塊

800G QSFP-DD封裝：
雙密度四通道小型可插拔高速模塊。QSFP-DD目前是800G光模塊的首選封裝，使數(shù)據(jù)中心能夠根據(jù)需要高效增長和擴(kuò)展云容量。QSFP-DD模塊采用8通道電接口，每通道速率高達(dá)25Gb/s（NRZ調(diào)制）或50Gb/s（PAM4調(diào)制），提供高達(dá)200Gb/s或400Gb/s的解決方案。

800G QSFP-DD的優(yōu)勢(shì)：

  1. 具有向下兼容性，兼容QSFP+/QSFP28/QSFP56 QSFP封裝。
  2. 采用2×1堆疊式集成籠和連接器，可支持單高和雙高籠式連接器系統(tǒng)。
  3. 借助SMT連接器和1xN籠，籠設(shè)計(jì)和光模塊外殼優(yōu)化可實(shí)現(xiàn)每個(gè)模塊至少12W的熱容量。較高的熱容量可以降低光模塊的散熱功能要求，從而減少一些不必要的成本。
  4. MSA工作組在QSFP-DD的設(shè)計(jì)中，充分考慮了用戶使用的靈活性，采用了ASIC設(shè)計(jì)，支持多種接口速率，并且可以向下兼容（兼容QSFP+/QSFP28），從而減少端口成本和設(shè)備部署成本。
