傾斜光纖光柵((TFBG: tilted fiber Bragg grating)是一種特殊的光纖光柵。它與一般光纖布喇格光柵不同之處在于光柵波矢方向與光纖軸線方向有一定的交角。TFBG不但能引起反向?qū)5鸟詈希窟€能將基模禍合到包層模中輻射掉。控制成柵平面與光纖軸向的夾角,可以使原來在光纖內(nèi)部傳播的不同波長的光以不同的角度耦合到光纖包層。采用特殊的方法,即可以將光波長檢測轉(zhuǎn)換為空間位置檢測。TFBG的寫制過程與一般FBG的寫制過程相似,可以采用干涉法或相位掩模法進行寫制。但與一般FBG不同的是,TFBG寫制時,需要將相位模板(PM: phase mask)傾斜一定的角度。
