SeasonBeam 200 Isolator

SeasonBeam Isolator proves solution to fiber laser that is required to operate in wide temperature range. With patented design, SeasonBeam isolator maintains high isolation in temperature between 0?C and 55?C to assure laser operates well at all environment temperatures. The SeasonBeam can be used alone or in combination with  SteadiBeam  technology for higher power isolators to eliminate thermal lensing effect.

Singlemode Filter WDM (980/1064)

       The Filter Wavelength Division Multiplexer is based on environmentally stable thin-film filter technology. The devices combine or separate light at different wavelength in a wide wavelength range. They offer very low insertion loss, low polarization dependence, high isolation and excellent environmental stability. High power handling capability can be achieved through unique pigtail processing and high quality FT coating. These components have been extensively used in EDFAs, Raman amplifiers, WDM networks and fiber optical instruments.

Si雪崩光電探測器

F-tone Networks提供雪崩光電探測器(APD)比帶放大光電探測器（PIN）,同樣帶寬下具有更高的靈敏度和更低的噪聲,因此非常適合用于低光功率應(yīng)用,一般而言,雪崩光電二極管利用內(nèi)部增益機(jī)制提高靈敏度。在二極管上施加高反向偏壓產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)電場。當(dāng)一個(gè)入射光子產(chǎn)生一個(gè)電子空穴對(duì)時(shí),電場使電子加速,導(dǎo)致由碰撞電離產(chǎn)生次級(jí)電子。所產(chǎn)生的電子雪崩將產(chǎn)生幾百倍的增益,用乘法因子M表示,M因子與反向偏壓和溫度有關(guān)。M因子隨溫度降低而增大,隨溫度升高而減小。因此我們所有雪崩光電探測器都提供溫度補(bǔ)償,無需外置溫控。目前我們只提供光纖耦合的雪崩光電探測器(APD),這些探測器的集合覆蓋從可見到近紅外(400-1100 nm)的感應(yīng)范圍；請(qǐng)參考下表我們每個(gè)光電二極管指標(biāo),了解每個(gè)探測器的確切探測范圍。

SLED 光源

SLED（超輻射發(fā)光二極管）光源是專為傳感、光纖陀螺、實(shí)驗(yàn)室等特殊應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域設(shè)計(jì)的超寬帶光源。其相對(duì)于一般的寬帶光源具有輸出功率高、覆蓋光譜范圍寬等特點(diǎn)。該產(chǎn)品具有臺(tái)式（供實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)用）和模塊式（供工程應(yīng)用）。

SLED系列1650激光光源

LS-D1650是一系列高穩(wěn)定功率輸出的1650nm半導(dǎo)體激光光源,用于光纖測試、瓦斯探測、光纖傳感，光學(xué)相干影像等。該激光器采用FP穩(wěn)頻技術(shù),具有窄線寬以及卓越的SMSR等性能。另內(nèi)置TEC制冷,它遵照Telcordia GR-468-CORE的要求。
